KIT BAG: Cricket, Incredi or Tennis Balls, Stumps, Fielding Net or Back Stop, Cones
DRILL: Ball touches cone (Right Hand moving right, Left Hand moving left) Exit side is opposite to last cone touch. Reps, split evenly between Right and Left exits.
COACHING POINTS: Speed between cones (balanced & coordinated) Carry ball in one hand, RH when moving right, LH when moving left. Chest faces stumps at all times. Align feet to target before throwing. Encourage high arm slot. Aim point is base of stumps.
PROGRESSION: Change size of box (smaller or bigger) Increase distance of throw. Create competition, count number of hits. Experiment with ‘Cross Body Throws’ and ‘Reverse Pivot Throws’
